Institut Paul Bocuse Culinary Program June 2015.

On 23rd – 25th June 2015, Heather & March organised the exclusive Paul Bocuse Institut culinary program again at the new state-of-the-art Gaggenau Culinary Studio in Hong Kong. This time our new Chef Raphaël Vetri, General Manager & Executive Chef of Paul Bocuse Institute of Asia taught us how to prepare a delicious French dinner – three emblematic recipes from the Midi-Pyrénées region, also demonstrated the skills of sophisticated culinary presentation through using our exquisite tableware.
